ULTRA Scientific, Inc. This policy is re-evaluated on an ongoing basis based on

For each visitor to our web page, our web

collect only the domain name of visitors to our web page, aggregate information
on what pages visitors access or visit, and information volunteered by the
visitor, such as survey information. The aggregated information we collect is

Catalog Request Data
Visitors requesting catalogs or other literature are asked to complete a questionnaire
with identifying information and demographics. This data is used to improve the
content of our catalogs and literature, and for marketing ULTRA Scientific
products and services.
Postal addresses will be used to promote ULTRA Scientific products and
services, and may be rented to selected outside firms for promotional purposes.
Offers for which the names are rented are screened, and renters are required to
target their offers carefully.
Telephone numbers may be used to promote ULTRA
Scientific products and services. No telephone numbers are rented to outside
firms.
E-mail addresses may be used to promote ULTRA Scientific products and
services. No e-mail addresses are rented to outside firms.
